Youngster's contract to expire

Oldham born midfielder Ben Smith’s three month contract is to expire at the end of September. After working up through the club's Centre of Excellence and Scholarship Programme for the last three years he turned professional.


Smith, now 20, has been told by the club that the contract will not be renewed and he must find a new club.
