Transfer deadline looms

Latics boss John Sheridan has intimated that there could still be players coming and going before the transfer market deadline on Monday. Shez has already brought in Dean Windass from Hull and Scott Golbourne from Reading, both players coming in on loan.

Shez said, "I am still on the look-out for new faces and would like to bring one or two in if I can. But I know my budget and it may be the case that we have to move players out before we can bring more in. I am not looking at a particular age group - all I know is that they must have the quality to come in and improve us as a team."
