Tommy Wright has returned to the fold at Boundary Park. Wright last left the club in 2009 and enjoyed success as assistant manager at Chesterfield by winning the League Two title and the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.
Wright explained how the move came about, "I was just scouting for John Sheridan at Plymouth Argyle and the gaffer here asked me what I was doing. We had a quick meeting and I decided to come back until the end of the season. Nothing has changed around the place, it's only the players that have. It's a good family club and I'm delighted to be back. We used to speak quite a lot when he signed for Chesterfield and we seemed to have the same ideas. He must have enjoyed the time we had there and he just asked me to become part of the team. I've been brought in to help with the coaching, bring a bit of experience and help as much as I can."
