Birmingham City and Blackburn Rovers are both showing interest in Athletic's new starlet Chris Taylor. Brum manager Steve Bruce watched Taylor in only his second appearance at Walsall, where the Latics triumphed 0-2 and it is rumoured that another Brum scout will be at the Tranmere game as will a representative of local Premiership side Blackburn.Assistant manager John Breckin said, “News travels fast around boardrooms, and the young kid has come in and done a fabulous job for us. I’m sure Steve Bruce would have been impressed when he watched him last week.”
