Shez struggles with finances

John Sheridan is still struggling with finances as he tries to recruit players for the coming season. Sheridan confessed, "The budget is a lot lower than last season so I've got to work hard and wheel and deal. I've already lost two players, who we had agreed terms with, to other clubs offering more money."
"It's understandable from a player's point of view, but it's a pity I couldn't get them. We are only two days in but the lads look fit, they've looked after themselves. I'm looking to add three or four players to give us a bit more strength in the team and I think if we do that we'll have a great chance of doing well."
