Rocastle thinks team will put it right next season

Craig Rocastle believes that the Latics will learn from their mistakes this season and make good use of what they have learned when the new season kicks off. He said, "We're all very disappointed. Most of the players thought the scoreline didn't reflect the game and we're unfortunate not to be in the Final. I think we deserved to be there. At the beginning of the season I think we would've taken the play-offs as we had a bad start. We turned it around but couldn't hold on to first or second, and it's disappointing we couldn't kick on and get to the final at least."
"There's no reason why we can't build on this, though. The manager has said we've just got to do one better next season, and I think the players are ambitious enough to want to do that. We'll reflect on where we went wrong this season and try to put it right next."
