Ritchie lands Leeds job

Andy Ritchie has landed the plum job of Youth Academy Director at Leeds United. Ritchie (41), who wassacked as Athletic manager in October after three and a half years in charge, said, “It is exciting, but alsodaunting as it is something new to me. It will be nice not to be judged on 90 minutes' work, but instead on theplayers I hopefully help to bring through over a longer period.”
