It is believed that Chris Porter has agreed terms to move to SPL side Motherwell. His agent has phoned managing director Simon Corney and confirmed that the 23 year old will be leaving Oldham and will sign for Mark McGhee's side on Monday.The news is not what Corney wanted to hear, as it means that a loophole in compensation rules will result in the Latics not receiving any compensation in the deal.
