O'Halloran to be offered an extension

Midfielder Matt O’Halloran appears to have done sufficient to have manager Iain Dowie offer him another one month contract. The former Derby youngster has seen service in midfield, at wing-back as well as up front. O’Halloran has made six first-team appearances with three starts in the reserves. His only goal was when he came off the bench to score the winner in Athletic's 3-2 win over Rushden and Diamonds.
