New midfielders fight for a contract

Three overseas trialists, an Australian, a Dutchman and a Frenchman will join Athletic in training at Boundary Park on Monday.

All three are midfield specialists are are hoping to impress enough to win contracts for next season. The trio will stay for a week which will culminate with a game in a private practice match at Halifax next Saturday.
