Midfielder Paul Murray (26) has finally been told that he can step up his training. His knee was wrenched during shooting practise and he was rushed to hospital from the training ground while his team mates and Athletic prepared for the worst news. As it turned out Murray had a severely dislocated kneecap but good progress means that Paul may soon be back in action.
