Latics locked with City

Athletic lost three of their brightest young prospects when they were poached away to join Manchester City. Two 14 year olds, Micah Richards and Daniel Allen, and nine-year-old Ryan Hanson were lured from the Boundary Park
Centre of Excellence some time ago.


Athletic are entitled to compensation for the time they have invested in developing the players. Officials from both clubs have met to discuss a compensation fee but talks are currently locked. Keep watching this one develop.
