The Latics have signed former Huddersfield Andy Holdsworth on a two-year deal after he was released after six years at The Galpharm Stadium. The 25 year old defender made 251 appearances for the Terriers and scored two goals. He is also capable of playing in midfield and Dave Penney said, "His versatility will give me more options."
