Will Haining will miss Saturday's game following a hamstring injury at Bournemouth although he should be fit enough to return to the team that will take on Nottingham Forest next Tuesday. That leaves Stefan Stam as the only recognised centre half as Chris Swailes is also side-lined indefinitely at the moment. Simon Charlton could move to the heart of the defence which would allow Neal Eardley to return at right back after his International duty. Another option is to bring in one of the youngsters from the reserves, Neal Trotman looking the most likely after some impressive second string performances.
