It looks like Adam Griffin has played his last game for Athletic. The 21 year old could be on his way to Stockport County. Officials of both clubs are in talks with the player's agent and a deal is expected to be completed before weekend.Griffin played 74 games for the Latics and is under contract at Boundary Park for another year. However, Griffin did not fit into Ronnie Moore's plans and went on loan to the Hatters. He impressed boss Jim Gannon enough for him to make the deal permanent. In his 21 games for Stockport he scored two goals.
