Wright said, "Neal has done fabulously well, especially when you remember he is such a young lad. He has had a consistent season, but we just thought he looked a wee bit jaded in his last couple of games. That was understandable, but he'll be in contention on Saturday and hopefully he'll come back nice and refreshed. Obviously it's a big, big game at Brighton and we've reached a stage where there's no room for any slip-ups."
"We don't have that cushion above the chasing teams any more, so maybe the lads have had a kick up the backside. Obviously there's a bit of pressure on all the sides at the top, but the same goes for clubs in every division. You've just got to handle it better than the others."
