Leon Clarke will be returning to Sheffield Wednesday when his loan expires at the end of the month. The Owl's boss Brian Laws has revealed that Clarke (22) has a job to do in Wednesday's first team. He paid around £250k when he signed Clarke from Wolves and he sent him to Oldham to get some 'much needed match fitness'.Laws said, "The whole idea of loaning him out to Oldham was to get him some match fitness and sharpness, to get some 90 minutes action under his belt. He's done that and he's some more action to come over there. But the loan won't be extended, I want him back here and to get him some games when he comes back here. Leon will be back with us after a couple more games and then I will be looking to play him."
