Cisak leaves the club

Alex Cisak, who made 59 appearances in his two seasons at the club, has left Boundary Park. With Dean Bouzanis having already departed the club, it leaves them without a first team keeper. Cisac was set to remain at the club for another 12 months due to a contract option but the deal was torn up by mutual agreement leaving Cisak free to find a new club.

Manager Lee Johnson commented, “We are looking to bring two goalies in. Do we bring in a loan from the Premier League and have two young ’keepers battling it out to be number two or do we bring in someone with potential who would go on to be a saleable commodity? These are the sorts of dilemmas you have as a manager.”
