Acting Chief executive Mark Moisley has been offered the position on a permanent basis. He replaces the former holder of the post, Neil Joy, who left last month to join AFC Fylde. He has over 16 years experience working in sports including Sunderland, IMG and player agency Sport First. Tanya Blakey has been appointed into the role of Football Secretary. Moisey said,
“We are all aware of the current difficulties the club face, however I had no hesitation in accepting the challenge to take on the role permanently. You have to have belief in your ability and confidence that you can make a difference. We have a tremendously hard working staff behind the scenes from the manager down, and we are determined to do whatever we can to move the club forward. We need the club and the fans to pull together.”
