Italian defender Matteo Lanzoni has joined the Boundary Park ranks on a four month contract. The centre back is 25-years-old and has been training with the club for two weeks. Lanzoni is a former Italy under-19 international who spent most of his career at Sampdoria although he never played for the first team.
Lee Johnson commented, “His attributes – he is aggressive and good on the ball – are more suited to the English game. Matteo is a fantastic professional and I am looking forward to working with him.”
