Breckin leaves Tranmere

Tranmere Rovers' assistant manager to Ronnie Moore, ex-Latics number two John Breckin, has left his post at the club. He quoted the reason being that he wanted to move closer to his home in Rotherham due to family reasons. He has a young daughter to care for following the death of his wife last year.

Breckin still lives in Rotherham and has found travelling to Tranmere every day difficult. Rumours are already flying around Millmoore that Breckin is due to team up with Mark Robins as his number two.
