The Oldham Chronicle has indicated that Athletic could make a move for Southampton striker Leon Best. The 20 year old is at the end of his loan spell at Yeovil Town and it is no secret that manager John Sheridan relishes his goalscoring record as well as his style of football.Sheridan said, "He is a player I like and I think he would suit the way we play our football. He did well for Yeovil and I'm aware his loan spell is up. He's one of two or three strikers who interest me."
