John Sheridan has been so impressed with new signing Ryan Bertrand that he is considering giving him a starting spot against Bristol Rovers on Saturday. 18 year old Bertrand is an England under 19 international and Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho rates him highly.Sheridan told the official website, "He's a young kid who people are expecting big things from. Ryan is with a club who are one of the best in the world at the moment, and I like what I'm seeing in training. This loan spell will be a great experience for him, and I expect him to do well. I've said to Ryan that if he proves to me that he is good enough I will give him a chance to play."
