Athletic continue their search for a back up keeper

Athletic are stepping up their search for a back-up goalkeeper as the season draws closer and closer. As Athletic couldn’t meet the demands of Kelvin Jack they are taking a look at Craig Mawson who is on trial. Known as Killa, Mawson began his career with Burnley but then moved to Halifax Town before signing for Morecambe in the Conference. Mawson was called up to the England National Game squad but he never got to represent his country due to a fixture congestion.
