Lewis Alessandra has finally joined Chester City on loan. He was anticipating joining the Conference outfit a couple of weeks ago but his chances were dashed when Chester were unable to take him as they were in serious financial trouble and were unable to complete any fixtures due to an FA ban. They have now begun their season but will have to face a crippling 25 point penalty which will take some clawing back.
