Accrington Stanley

Athletic have been drawn away at Accrington Stanley in the first round of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy and manager John Sheridan wants his team to take the game seriously.

He said, "I want to do well. People say they're not bothered about it, but they certainly are when they get to the semi-finals and final. I will take every game seriously and I want to win."

The game will be played on September 4th.
